Because of what I do, I am always getting one Kam Habibi question or another. Often times it is about my work over in Puerto Rico, other times it is about my hurricane knowledge and sometimes they just want to know about my general experience as a doctor.
I get these questions so often that I have decided to create a page with three common Kam Habibi question.
First Kam Habibi question: How did you discover that you wanted to be a doctor?
Well, as I mentioned earlier, I was always conflicted about what I wanted to do for a living, but after some soul-searching, I decided to become a doctor.
There was always something about being able to help people by laying them down on a table and completing a complex surgery to help all of their needs.
What do you do in your free time?
This is a Kam Habibi question that people ask me from time to time, especially after they see my busy schedule. With all of the aid I provide, I don’t always get a lot of free time, but when I do, I enjoy spending it with my family.
That can involve having a little picnic or going on a family vacation to an exotic location. No matter what I am doing, I am happy as long as my family is with me.
Who is your hero?
Always a tough question but one that I love to answer. I actually have two heroes and they are my parents. They have always supported me from day one and they always will. Without them, I never would have accomplished everything that I have till this day.
I also need to be thankful to my brothers and sisters because they have always been my cheerleaders and they are the best siblings I could ask for.
